Dr. Schuyler Foerster, Professor of the National Security Studies at the US Air Force Academy, spoke to the CUSE class “US Foreign Policy in Latin American" about US intervention in Nicaragua. This presentation included a historical perspective on US foreign policy worldwide and then addressed current interest and actions in the region.
